– 2023 –
Timeline voor the 2023 call for research proposals on skin-related Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) – CFP-NTD2023:
4 November 2022 – Deadline 1st stage applications
31 January 2023 – Review process completed and successful applicants informed on 2nd stage
31 March 2023 – Deadline 2nd stage full applications
16 June 2023 – Peer review process completed
30 June 2023 – Final recommendation to the Dioraphte board for approval
7 July 2023 – Announcement successful applicants

Please note we will not be able to give feedback on decisions made by the scientific advisory committee and/or the board of Dioraphte.

– 2022 –
The 2022 call for research proposals on rare diseases – CFP-RD2022 – closed on August 31st 2021. 64 proposals were submitted. On Rare Disease Day February 28th 2022, Dioraphte notified four centres of expertise in the Netherlands that their applications had been accepted. In total, an amount of EUR 1,700,000 has been awarded as part of a ‘call for proposals’. A summary of the awards can be found here.


– 2021 –
The 2021 call for research proposals on skin-related neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) – CFP-NTD2019 – was closed on the 30th of November 2020. We received 54 stage 1 applications. In september 2021, Dioraphte informed two applicants that their application had been granted. The total amount involved was almost 1,700,000 euros.

– 2020 –
The 2020 call for research proposals on rare diseases – CFP-RD2020closed on August 31st 2019. 72 proposals were submitted.
On Rare Disease Day February 29th 2020, Dioraphte notified five centres of expertise in the Netherlands that their applications had been accepted.
In total, an amount of almost EUR 1,700,000 has been awarded as part of a ‘call for proposals’.

– 2019 –
The 2019 call for research proposals on skin-related neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) – CFP-NTD2019 – was closed on the 31th of October 2019. We received 19 stage-1 applications.
In May 2020, Dioraphte informed two applicants that their application had been granted. The total amount involved was almost 1,700,000 euros.
